Deepening Exchange and Cooperation, Promoting Mutual Benefit and Win-win Results ——Record of the Successful Conclusion of the 2024 Joint Training for Employees of MOC-ANTON in Iraq
At 14:00 Beijing time on August 14, 2024, the 15-day 2024 joint training event for employees of MOC-ANTON in Iraq successfully concluded in Chengdu. This training was entrusted by the Completion Technology and Products Industry Group to Stone Innovation College for organization. The customized training, professional organization, and high-quality course content demonstrated Anton Group's concept of joint innovation with customers for common development.
This training closely focused on the latest development trends and technical requirements in the petroleum industry, and the entire process adopted an all-English teaching mode. The courses included: "Introduction to Chinese Culture" taught by senior lecturer He Qing from Innovation College, which not only imparted profound Chinese cultural heritage but also promoted the exchange and understanding of the cultures between the two countries among the trainees; "Electric Submersible Pump Oil Extraction Technology" and "Choke Valve and Safety Valve" presented by Jia Qiangqiang, an engineer from the ESP Project Department of the Completion Technology and Products Industry Group - Buzurgan, which deeply analyzed the key technologies in petroleum extraction; "Anton Completion Products and Services" taught by Gao Shi, the general manager of the Completion Technology Division of the Completion Technology and Products Industry Group, which gave the trainees a comprehensive understanding of Anton's completion products and services; "Oil & Gas Field Development Research Institute" shared by Lv Shi, the general manager of the Reservoir Geological Research Center of the Oil and Gas Field Development Research Institute, which further broadened the trainees' horizons in the field of oil and gas field development research. In addition to theoretical courses, the training also specially arranged inspection and visit sessions. The trainees went to the pressurization and dehydrocarbonization project in Yanting County, and Liu Yi, the executive manager of the Southwest Project Department - Jiao 70 Project of the Oil and Gas Production Equipment and Facilities Division, gave detailed explanations and demonstrations, combining theory with practice.
In addition, during the training period, a number of colorful expansion activities were also interspersed to enable the Iraqi trainees to more deeply experience the charm of Chinese culture. From tasting authentic Chinese cuisine, to experiencing traditional Chinese handicrafts, to participating in team cooperation, each activity deepened the trainees' sense of identity and friendship towards Chinese culture.
